The project brief was to design a variety of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for the investor/rental market with maximum emphasis on privacy and golf course views.

The condominium compound area includes a resort and recreation centre, with apartment service facilities as well as low-rise villas. The entire 758 units were pre-sold prior to construction commencing.
