A 28 storey, 5 star hotel and two office towers of 58 and 22 storeys sharing common podium levels.

The 7 storey shared basement carpark required careful planning to ensure easy ingress and egress. Common podium levels included several restaurant and pub spaces and a 1200 seat ballroom.

The office towers were designed as intelligent commercial buildings.
