Itza Bar & Restaurant - Picnic Point Function Centre

The Picnic Point redevelopment was a coup for the client as the complex has to meet public, government, client and user expectations and requirements.

The current building reflects the early architecture of the original kiosk, with terracotta roof and intricate details. The complex has a series of ramps for public access and is designed to embrace the site and welcome public and visitors.

The complex is constructed over 3 levels with each level obtaining access to ground, but appears as a single storey building on first approach.
