12 No. highrise apartment condominiums and golf course on a hill site in Cheras. The buildings range from 17 to 30 storeys in 5 different floor plan types.

The design brief was to maximise views and privacy at the same time minimising construction and non sellable areas. The units ranged from 1200 sq ft to 1600 sq ft with roof level penthouses.

All units sold within 6 months over 5 stages and the project has become a landmark within the Cheras area.
