 During the Asian property boom of the 1990's, we gained vast experience in multi-residential design ranging from walk-up apartments to over 20 highrise condominiums.
Since that time our design principals remain the same; to ensure workable apartment layouts which maximise usable nett area; affording tenants privacy through secluded entries; eliminating visual intrusion, maximising view and environmental aspect. Our approach to the building structure includes maximising nett to gross ratios, minimising surface area values, minimising column transfers and ensuring buildability.
Our experiences extends to group housing and terrace house layouts which combine the construction and sales efficiency of planning repetition, with facade modification to give the project variety and give the tenant a feeling of individuality. This along with careful road layouts and landscaping provides for an interesting streetscape.
Our design principals have been employed in all types of multiresidential development from low cost housing to five star resort apartments. We believe a well planned apartment building should impress with state-of-the-art material use at the same time giving tenants the sensation of arriving home.
